About the Role:
seeking a Contract Administrator (CA) to join our contract team. The CA will manage key sections of the contract lifecycle, ensuring compliance, managing contract databases, and collaborating with both internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee contract lifecycle from drafting to renewal/termination.
- Manage contracts using Carnival’s Contract Management System (CMS).
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, tax, and supply chain teams to ensure contract alignment.
- Provide reporting and analysis on contracts and other ad-hoc reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Supply Chain, or related field (or Associates degree minimum).
- 3 years of experience managing corporate contracts with CMS tools (Ironclad, Coupa, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of contract law and corporate terms of use.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
