Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee HRIS maintenance, updates, and user communication.
- Partner with HR leaders to optimize system functions, including recruitment, benefits, performance management, and learning & development.
- Ensure HRIS and Payroll systems provide a seamless experience for users and meet compliance requirements.
- Develop dashboards and reporting for HR data analysis.
