About the Role :
We are seeking a Bilingual Legal Case Manager to join our team, specializing in motor vehicle accident cases . This individual will work closely with two attorneys , managing client cases from intake through settlement or trial. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide compassionate client support .
Key Responsibilities :
Case Management & Client Support :
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing case updates and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, ensuring they understand their case status and next steps.
- Conduct client intake , gathering detailed information about incidents and injuries.
- Schedule medical treatments and coordinate care with providers.
- Manage and update case files , ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation , including organizing evidence, exhibits, and legal documents.
