About the Company - Ascendo Resources is currently representing a World Class organization in the Miami area looking for a Payroll Coordinator to join a large HR Team.
About the Role - The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll processing while collaborating with HR and finance teams to address employee needs and support operational excellence. Assist the Regional HR Ops and Compliance Manager in aligning payroll practices across the US.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams
- Address employee needs
- Support operational excellence
- Assist the Regional HR Ops and Compliance Manager
- Manage payroll deductions related to employee benefits, including 401(k) deferral contribution changes and loans.
- Support with state tax online registrations for Withholding, Unemployment and FMLA.
Qualifications -
- BA or BS degree preferred
- Experience with Kronos a huge plus, but open to ADP or other large platforms
- MS Office
- Bilingual Spanish.
Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
