Ascendo Resources is actively seeking a Payroll Specialist with HHAeXchange or UKG (Kronos) experience for an immediate, full-time, on-site position.
Our client, a reputable home care agency, is located in Lakewood, NJ 08701.
The Payroll Specialist must be bilingual in Spanish, have prior home care agency experience, and be experienced in processing payroll through HHAeXchange or UKG (Kronos).
Hours: Mon - Fri, (9am - 5pm)
Salary: $60,000/yr - $65,000/yr
Benefits: M/D/V, 401k, PTO
Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
- Assist with and respond to manual payroll adjustments and requests as needed.
- Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies.
- Support payroll-related reporting and audits.
- Address employee inquiries regarding payroll.
Qualifications:
- Payroll experience required.
- Home care industry experience is a strong plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Familiarity with HHAeXchange a plus
- Familiarity with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) payroll system is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
