Well-established Facilities Management Company is looking to add a temporary Payroll Specialist to their team. This payroll specialist will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly or monthly payroll for all employees.
- Ensure accurate calculation of wages, bonuses, commissions, overtime, and deductions.
- Assist with implementation of new payroll software
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and labor regulations.
- Prepare and distribute pay statements and reports to employees.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
- Process and file payroll taxes, ensuring timely payment to authorities.
- Generate year-end tax forms (W-2s, 1099s, etc.).
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in Payroll
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
- Strong expertise with Microsoft Excel
- Detail Oriented
Preferred Skills:
- ADP experience
- Implementation experience
Compensation: $25-$31/ Hour
Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications.
