Receptionist
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team. This role is responsible for managing external and internal calls, greeting visitors, scheduling conference rooms, processing food requests, and handling administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, patience, and confidentiality in all client and firm matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and direct on-site visitors, announce guests, and monitor visitor access.
- Answer, screen, and forward calls professionally; provide general information as needed.
- Schedule and coordinate conference rooms, catering, and technology needs using the firm’s EMS system.
- Arrange transportation for employees and guests upon request.
- Train new employees on telephone operations when needed.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, mailing, document creation, and expense processing.
- Assist with on-site internal events, including security list management and event setup.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of two years of receptionist or administrative experience, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Word; ability to learn EMS systems, CloudGate, and Maptician.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented work environment.
- Dependable team player with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Hours for this role are 10:30am to 6:30 pm, Monday - Friday.
