Responsibilities :
- Assist Avenues campuses with filling hard-to-hire roles (e.g., Math / Science teachers) and mid-level leadership positions.
- Enhance employer branding to attract top talent for all campuses.
- Ensure implementation of efficient systems for high-quality recruitment processes.
- Manage vendor relationships, recruitment systems, and tools such as SparkHire and LinkedIn, ensuring alignment and training.
- Maintain recruitment process consistency, including job descriptions, scorecards, and marketing strategies.
- Post job openings in SuccessFactors and ensure candidate documentation is complete and accurate.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews based on established scorecards.
- Facilitate feedback collection and documentation for individual or panel interviews.
- Negotiate offers and work with the HR regional team to finalize onboarding.
- Build a robust talent pipeline and processes for senior leadership team (SLT) recruitment.
- Establish consistent SLT evaluation and hiring processes, including roles in HR, Finance, Admissions, and Academic Leadership.
- Develop scorecards for equitable candidate assessment and documentation.
- Collaborate on principal recruitment panels and processes with the global recruiting team.
- Provide weekly recruitment reports and propose improvements to reduce time-to-fill and enhance hiring quality.
- Ensure data and compliance documentation are up-to-date for analytics and decision-making.
- Integrate newly acquired schools into the Talent Acquisition process and ATS system.
- Oversee recruitment vendor agreements and performance while adhering to the recruitment budget.
- Support employer branding strategies in collaboration with marketing and HR leadership, including candidate feedback management on platforms like Glassdoor.
What You Bring :
