Requirements :
3 years of Residential Community / Property Management experience (able to work with minimal training)Culture fit : Polished, well-spoken, team player, takes initiative, diligent, thinks outside the box for problem-solving / streamlining processes, cares about the jobProficiency in Yardi and BuildingLinkResponsibilities :
Manage resident issues by communicating with residents (main focus)Follow up with building staff regarding maintenance requestUtilize Yardi for various tasks including processing renewals, add / update concessions, make deposits, process security deposit refunds, adjustments to ledgers, understanding of financials and budgets is helpfulSend welcome emails to new tenants, follow up on delinquencies, schedule move-in / out, introduce to conciergeProvide overall support to residents to free up Community Manager to work with vendor issues, financials, etc.Assist with monthly building inspections and address items before new tenant moves in.Benefits :
