Overview :
The Benefits Administrator will manage the daily administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and 401(k) plans. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, compliance, and effective employee communication about benefits.
Responsibilities :
- Administer benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Act as the main contact for employee benefits inquiries, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct new hire benefits orientation and assist with annual open enrollment.
- Update benefits records in the HRIS and ensure payroll deductions are accurate.
- Ensure compliance with ACA, HIPAA, FMLA, and other regulations.
- Assist with benefits audits and resolve discrepancies.
