What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Integrity Clerk position at Ascendo?
Looking for a Data Integrity Specialist to handle high call volumes, emails, and chats regarding Membership, MLS fees, and compliance inquiries. Must excel in de-escalating situations, compliance, managing multiple tasks efficiently, and acting as a point of escalation for cross-departmental issues. This role offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid (remote for the first 3 months) schedule and $20 / hour pay.
Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding Membership, MLS fees, listings, and compliance.
- Respond promptly to a high volume of emails and chats.
- Assist upset customers and de-escalate situations effectively.
- Manage multiple email folders and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer issues from other departments.
