Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced EDI Manager to lead our electronic data interchange (EDI) operations. This individual will oversee the entire EDI process, manage the process throughout, and ensure the seamless transmission of data across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in one or multiple platforms, including bSwift, PlanSource, EE Navigator, and Selerix. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a commitment to optimizing EDI workflows.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the overall EDI process, ensuring the accurate and efficient exchange of data.
- Oversee the reporting team, monitoring file transmissions and proactively addressing file failures.
- Develop, implement, and refine EDI strategies to improve performance, minimize errors, and enhance data integrity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless integration and issue resolution.
- Manage system configurations, troubleshooting, and enhancements across multiple platforms.
- Analyze and optimize EDI workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data transmission.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the EDI team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
