What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at AscendTek?
Communication Builders, a telecommunications company, is seeking an administrative assistant to join their team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Assist PM’s in Procuring Material Pricing and Quotes for Bid work from AscendTek
- Assist with compiling and submittal of Closeout packages / Critical Data vis Dropbox, FUZE & Talon View – experienced preferred but will train
- Assist with the procurement and submittal of Sub codes and permitting.
- Scheduling of Inspections and Follow up for COA’s
- Assist with invoicing requests and PO tracking
- Work with internal teams for any assistance they may need on Projects
- Attend Meetings (face to Face or Video)
- Tracking Bids, Bid Walks, Bid due dates etc.
Requirements:
- Advanced skills with Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Office
- Lives within daily commute of the office
- Experience/background in construction is a bonus
- Experience in telecommunications is a bonus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
