We are currently seeking candidates for the following :
The agency is currently seeking a CARES (Certified Addiction Recovery Empowerment Specialist) / CPS-AD Case Manager (MAT program)
Duties include but are not limited to : assessing potential clients for MAT Program eligibility, educating clients on Medication Assisted Treatment, providing case management for clients in MAT Program, and facilitating recovery groups. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of case management experience, preferably in the Substance Abuse field. Georgia CARES (Certified Addiction Recovery Empowerment Specialist) / CPS-AD Certification is required.
