Job Title: Territory Manager - Virginia

In this outside sales position, you will directly impact the lives of people with diabetes by bringing them forward-thinking technology to simplify their lives. You will develop, manage and grow accounts by promoting Eversense, the first implantable continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) system to healthcare professionals. This is an exciting new product offering for Ascensia, and you will be working with a dedicated and highly collaborative team!
Location: This position is a remote field position that must be located in the Greater Richmond, VA geography.
What you will be doing:
As a Territory Manager in a specific geographical area, you will be responsible for overall sales objectives in CGM for assigned area accounts, including healthcare professionals, IDNs, group practices.
As the single point of contact with direct responsibility for assigned accounts, you will work in collaboration with all ADC sales channels and external partners to maximize sales.
Develop, execute and sustain cost effective pull-through on HCP programs in designated territory.
Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to exceed territory quota attainment and align with senior leadership on strategy.
Implement ADC Eversense focused marketing initiatives.
Lead field forecasting efforts in territory, ensuring that accurate forecasts are completed on a timely basis.
Work in collaboration with Distributor partners to expedite shipments.
Maintain credible and accurate pipeline of patients.
What you need for success:
Bachelors’ Degree is required.
Minimum 4 years of outside sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
2-5 years of experience with current group practice (GP) and KOL sales account management experience.
Minimum of 2 years’ DME (Durable Medical Equipment) experience.
Strategic account experience and demonstrated willingness/ability to learn managed care.
Direct patient contact selling experience preferred.
Proven track record of sale success .
Willingness and ability to travel 50%
