Skills / Qualifications:
- JD from accredited law school
- Current Florida Bar admission
- 5 years of litigation experience (insurance defense/product liability/trucking)
- Strong writing and analytical skills is a must
- Large scale motion experience
- Trial experience, preferred
- Understanding of current state and federal procedures
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
