A prominent law firm in Morristown, NJ, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney with 3 years of experience to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling complex commercial disputes and possess excellent litigation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial litigation cases, including legal research, drafting motions, and trial preparation.
- Represent clients in state and federal courts, including depositions, hearings, and other litigation proceedings.
- Collaborate with clients to develop strategies to achieve favorable outcomes in complex disputes.
- Work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure high-quality case management and client service.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
