Our client is a well-respected litigation law firm in Morristown, New Jersey. It is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Litigation Attorney to join its
growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in representing our clients in a variety of complex business disputes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of commercial litigation matters, from pre-suit investigation through trial and appeal (if necessary)
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and motions, and prepare for depositions and hearings
- Develop and execute effective litigation strategies to achieve our clients' objectives
- Represent clients in mediations and arbitrations
- Work collaboratively with partners and associates to ensure efficient case management
- Stay current on relevant legal developments in commercial litigation
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in commercial litigation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Depoſition and motion experience a plus
- Must be admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and New York.
