Our boutique law firm client is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 7 years of experience to join their team at the Associate or Partner level. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned corporate attorney looking for a flexible, hybrid work environment with remote options. Candidates with a portable book of business are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on general corporate matters and business transactions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements.
- Assist with business formations, governance, and compliance.
- Support M&A and other corporate transactions as needed.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide strategic legal counsel.
- Manage junior attorneys and legal staff, offering mentorship and support.
- Contribute to business development efforts, with opportunities to expand the firm's corporate practice.
Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in corporate law.
- Strong contract negotiation and drafting skills.
- Portable book of business preferred for counsel or partner-level candidates.
- Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Excellent interpersonal, client management, and leadership skills.
