Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search has an exciting opportunity for a Finance associate to join the Finance & Transactions team in its client's New York office. Their cohesive and collaborative team has a diverse and unique multidisciplinary practice that gives you the opportunity to work closely with shareholders and to participate in business development and client-facing activities. About You:
- You have 2-4 years of commercial finance experience at a law firm;
- Preferable, you have some experience in fund finance;
- You have experience managing multiple matters simultaneously;
- You have a J.D. degree (or its equivalent) and strong academic credentials; and
- You are admitted in (and in good standing with), or taking steps to become admitted in, New York.
