Job Details
- Lead and support transactions for companies in blockchain, digital assets, and cryptocurrency
- Advise clients on venture financing, alternative lending, and fund formation
- Counsel on regulatory enforcement matters and compliance strategies
- Guide traditional financial companies entering the fintech space
- Draft and review agreements, focusing on securities, broker-dealer, and lender licensing laws
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years’ corporate finance transactions experience
- Strong communication, research, and analytical skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with a client-focused approach
- Licensed and in good standing with the NY Bar
