Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search seeks to hire an employment litigation associate to support our client's core labor and employment practice in Tampa. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1-4 years of experience looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of several talented attorneys. We are looking for the next team member to join our community and has a growth mindset. Typical day-to-day opportunities include working as part of a team handling litigation matters from start to finish, including responding to pleadings, managing discovery, taking depositions, arguing motions, and participating in mediations.
You will work with clients on various day-to-day challenges under all employment laws, drafting/revising handbooks, training, and similar activities. You will also have the opportunity to counsel clients through day-to-day workplace and related challenges. Our client is on the cutting edge when it comes to innovation and technology, and we seek team members who share their desire to leverage these platforms. We know what factors are needed to provide excellent client service to their internal and external clients.
