Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate in our client's Ft. Lauderdale or Orlando office with 3-5 years of experience in employment matters including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, FLSA and state counterpart litigation.
- Ideal candidates must be excellent writers with experience in Federal Court, State Court, EEOC and other federal and state agencies, knowledgeable in discovery and motion practice, detail-oriented, able to run day-to-day cases independently with little supervision, flexible and able to pivot, and motivated to learn.
- Florida Bar Required.
