Our client, a global law firm, has a full-time employment opportunity for a 2nd – 5th year Associate in the Labor & Employment Practice in their Philadelphia office. This Associate will work closely with Shareholders across the firm, assisting in complex employment litigation and counseling capacities. This Associate will also have the opportunity to interact regularly with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries.
Job Requirements:
Ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in an employment-specific, defense-side role, with a focus on complex litigation involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, accommodations, and other employment claims; experience advising employers on compliance issues relating to leaves of absence, performance management, wage and hour compliance, and terminations; and drafting personnel policies and employment agreements.
