Key Responsibilities:- Handling employment litigation in state and federal courts
- Representing clients before administrative agencies
- Providing counsel on labor and employment matters, including compliance and risk management
- Collaborating across offices in a team-oriented environment
- 3 years of employment litigation experience
- Pennsylvania bar admission required
- Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver top-quality work
