A well-established business and litigation law firm with multiple offices is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Attorney to join its Labor & Employment practice group in the Philadelphia office. The firm serves clients nationwide, including major corporations, large privately held companies, major healthcare providers, municipal entities, small businesses, and partnerships across various industries.

10 years of litigation experience in labor & employment, commercial litigation, higher education & Title IX, class actions, or multi-district litigation.
Strong academic credentials with exceptional organizational, writing, and analytical skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of county, state, and federal court procedures.
Hands-on litigation experience, including depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom advocacy.
Experience conducting internal investigations (preferred).
Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Proactive, organized, and collaborative team player with strong problem-solving abilities
