What are the responsibilities and job description for the Labor & Employment Attorney position at Cohen Seglias?
Cohen Seglias has a position open in its Philadelphia office for an associate in our Labor & Employment Group with two to five years of experience.
- Employment litigation experience preferred (but not required).
- Strong academic credentials (preferably top 25% of graduating class and / or law review).
- Prior experience as a law clerk, litigation associate, or labor and employment associate.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Licensed in Pennsylvania (New Jersey is a plus).
- Interest in management-side labor and employment law.
- Position is fast-paced and litigation-driven.
- Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Our Labor & Employment Group typically staffs cases with one partner and one associate.
