Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search seeks a mid-level Associate Attorney with 4 to 7 years of law firm experience to join a dynamic litigation team in downtown Miami.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will represent clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, with a focus on:

Complex business and commercial disputes

Professional liability defense, including representation of:

Attorneys
-
Accountants
-
Design professionals
-
Trustees and fiduciaries
-
Insurance agents and brokers
-

Insurance industry matters, including:

Coverage and bad faith litigation

Coverage opinions and policy analysis

Note: We do not handle medical malpractice cases or represent doctors or other healthcare professionals.
While experience in all areas listed is not required, the successful candidate should have strong experience in at least one of the core areas and a genuine interest in expanding their practice into the others.
Key Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school

Active membership in the Florida Bar

4–7 years of litigation experience at a law firm
