Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a dedicated Bilingual (English/Spanish) Pre-Suit Personal Injury Associate Attorney for our client with a passion for justice and a drive to excel in Personal Injury Law. We encourage you to apply if you have 1 years of plaintiff-side pre-suit personal injury experience and are eager to grow in a supportive, dynamic legal environment!
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients to understand their injuries and legal needs.
- Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
- Manage a caseload of auto accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and wrongful death cases.
- Draft demand packages and negotiate settlements.
- Network with medical professionals and experts to assist with case strategy.
- Conduct legal research, drafting, and case analysis.
- Participate in EUOs, client statements, and depositions.
- Be part of an on-call rotation for new client inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida State Bar.
- 1 years of pre-suit personal injury experience (plaintiff side).
- Strong skills in drafting demand packages, client relations, and case negotiations.
- Experience in legal research, writing, and reviewing case files.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A strong work ethic and a passion for advocating for injured clients.
