Pre-Suit Personal Injury Attorney (Bilingual) - Fort Lauderdale or Lake Worth
Salary: $90 - $100k Base & Full Comprehensive Benefits
Schedule: On-Site, Monday through Friday
Job Summary: Preferred: Attorneys with a portable case load Benefits: Bar Dues, CLEs, Health Insurance, and Commission on cases brought to the firm (excluding PIP) Responsibilities: Work with clients to understand injuries Negotiate with insurance and opposing counsel Represent clients in court Manage personal injury cases (auto accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, etc.) Draft demand packages and settle cases Network with doctors and assist with expert reports Perform legal research and writing Be part of an on-call rotation for new client calls Qualifications: Licensed with the Florida State Bar 1 years of pre-suit personal injury experience (plaintiff side) Experience drafting demand packages and negotiating settlements Strong legal research, writing skills, and attention to detail About the Company:
