Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a talented writer as a Senior Attorney to join its Litigation group, Product Liability, Mass Torts & Class Actions subgroup to work with its Class Actions group in Miami. This position is not on the partnership track and is open to any US office, with a preference for New York metropolitan based candidates. Responsibilities Drafting briefs, motions and memoranda Reviewing and drafting discovery responses Analysis of discovery to inform case strategy and motion drafting Prepare deposition outlines Minimum Education JD Experience Minimum of 6 years of experience Experience drafting litigation documents, such as motions to dismiss, written discovery and summary judgment motions.
