Main Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patrons of all ages.
- Maintain accurate records of patron library accounts.
- Circulate books, audio visual materials, and other library resources.
- Assist patrons with technology, including public computers and copiers.
- Acknowledge financial transactions accurately.
- Return borrowed items to their designated location on the shelves.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the branch.
Required Qualifications
- Holds a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrates familiarity with technology, including Microsoft Office and online information retrieval.
- Exhibits excellent customer service skills.
- Possesses strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal and communication skills.
