What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage a team of canvassing professionals, driving high-quality lead generation efforts
- Develop and execute canvassing strategies that increase engagement and awareness of our services
- Train, mentor, and support team members in effective outreach and client relationship-building techniques
- Monitor team performance, offering feedback and guidance to ensure success and growth
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead transitions and solidify customer relationships
- Represent Ascension Roofing at community events, storm recovery initiatives, and outreach opportunities, promoting our mission and services

- Proven experience in canvassing, sales, or community outreach, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse groups
- Strong leadership abilities, capable of guiding and motivating a team to success

- Familiarity with roofing products or services is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments and adapting to various weather conditions
