Key Responsibilities
- Manage virtual and in-person associate meetings and events, including company-wide and leader town hall meetings, executive retreats, and associate engagement activities
- Partner with Associate Communications, Human Resources, and IT teams to execute on events and meetings that support associate engagement and connection
- Collaborate with various departments to effectively promote events to associates and other attendees
Requirements
- 5 years of event management experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Experience working with virtual event platforms, including Zoom and Teams
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule with occasional evenings/weekends and approximately 20% travel
