Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain Accounts Payable Vendors and bills in Quickbooks, ensuring balances are accurately stated.
- Verify, allocate, and post accounts payable transactions.
- Prepare month-end closing procedures and reports as related to Accounts Payable.
- Assist with internal and external audits as needed.
- Special projects as assigned.
