Description
As the Talent Acquisition Administrator at Ascent Aviation Services, you will play a vital role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team and contributing to the growth of our organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Human Resources, you will assist with various aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and new hires. Your efforts will directly support our vision of becoming the most trusted aerospace solutions provider in North America.
Ascent is experiencing unprecedented growth with the launch of our new 777 program, supported by two new hangars. In 2025, we plan to hire over 250 people to meet the demands of this expansion! This position will play an integral role in helping the company achieve these ambitious goals while contributing to a strong, talented workforce.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications.
- Facilitate the interview process by scheduling interviews, sending reminders, and coordinating with interviewers.
- Schedule pre-employment drug screens and background checks.
- Conduct reference checks as needed.
- Complete pre-hire tasks in the HRIS system, ensuring accurate and compliant data entry.
- Conduct New Hire Orientation sessions, familiarizing employees with company policies and culture.
- Submit Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) for internal promotions and transfers.
- Refresh online job postings to maintain visibility and attract top talent.
- Write engaging job advertisements for social media and other platforms.
- Assist Talent Acquisition Partners with tracking metrics, generating reports, and updating job descriptions.
- Organize and maintain recruitment documentation and files.
- Contribute to special projects and support the team with other administrative tasks as needed.
