What You’ll Be Doing:
HR and People Operations:
Welcome new hires with onboarding that makes them feel at-home.
Keep HR and other internal records up-to-date and compliant
Assist our HR team with recruiting as needed, including but not limited to:
Welcoming candidates to our office for interviews
Uploading documents to candidate profiles in our Applicant Tracking System
Drafting offer letters
✨ Office and Shared Services:
Maintain an organized and positive office environment — because you know details matter!
Lead planning and logistics for company events, team meetings, and celebrations.
Live our core values and promote our company culture of high-performance, trust, and accountability!
Executive Assistance:
Calendar key events (e.g. Leadership Meetings, Company Meetings, and Recurring meetings) for CEO and Leadership team
Coordinate travel, conferences, and meetings
Be the friendly face and voice representing our fantastic Leadership Team internally and externally.
Who You Are:
You're organized and enjoy celebrating our team’s success — spreadsheets excite you as much as birthdays!
You have 3 years of experience in similar roles.
You’re tech-savvy and a quick learner, including but not limited to:
Proficient with Gmail, Google Docs, Google Calendar, and HRIS systems
Previous experience with MacOS is a plus.
Discretion comes naturally and you can be trusted with confidential information.
You thrive on working on multiple projects at once.
