Work Hours / Days : Temporary, Part-Time, 10-20 hours / week, January through October, Hybrid
Hourly Wage Range : $25 - $30 / hour

Position Summary :
The Operating Philosophy adopted by the Governing Board of Ascent Classical Academy Charter Schools, Inc. (ACACS) emphasizes autonomy of each school's Headmaster coupled with support and guidance from shared resources provided by an education service provider in order to leverage the economies of scale of a charter school network so that financial impacts to each school may be minimized.
This position serves as a Project Manager overseeing the PowerSchool MBA Fees Implementation so that parents may manage their fee payments within their PowerSchool Parent Portal, and staff may better run reports on who has / has not paid fees..
Essential Functions :
- Coordinate with the CFO, the PowerSchool System Administrator, and key campus faculty and staff to execute the parameters of the MBA Student Fees Project Outline
- Collaborate professionally and collegially with peers across the Ascent network to build and maintain a team environment across locations, and to be actively involved with solving escalated issues.

Ascent Classical Academy Charter Schools, Inc. (ACACS) is a network of public charter schools in Colorado comprising four campuses. The governing Board of Directors at ACACS has contracted with Minga Education Group Services (MEGS) to provide employment services for all staff at ACACS. Through this partnership, MEGS provides employment services, a personnel system for human resources, benefits, payroll services, and access to a 401(k) plan. For naming purposes, Minga Education Group Services is the employer.
