Position Overview:

As a Client Success Manager at Ascent Digital Agency, you will be the primary liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with the highest level of quality. You will oversee the planning and execution of projects related to websites, video production, content development, and more. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results.


Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their goals and expectations.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Proactively address client concerns, manage expectations, and provide solutions to challenges.
  • Regularly present progress updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients.
Project Management:
  • Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of projects, including websites, video production, and content development.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and track progress against project milestones.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
Team Leadership & Oversight:
  • Lead and support a cross-functional team of web developers, videographers, editors, and content creators.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work that meets client expectations.
  • Foster collaboration and communication across departments to deliver seamless project execution.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with team members to address challenges and optimize workflows.
Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to identify opportunities for growth, upselling, or cross-selling services.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions for clients.
  • Ensure all deliverables align with clients’ strategic objectives and the agency’s standards of excellence.
Qualifications:Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or project management in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, website development, video production, and content creation processes.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) and CRM platforms.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, key marketing concepts, and social media marketing and advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with website CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
  • Knowledge of video editing workflows and content distribution strategies.
  • Customer service experience and professionalism

Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
