- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their goals and expectations.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively address client concerns, manage expectations, and provide solutions to challenges.
- Regularly present progress updates, performance metrics, and recommendations to clients.
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of projects, including websites, video production, and content development.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned.
- Coordinate with internal teams to allocate resources effectively and track progress against project milestones.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or project management in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, website development, video production, and content creation processes.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com) and CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, key marketing concepts, and social media marketing and advertising.
- Hands-on experience with website CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify.
