We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support in a fast-paced and hybrid work environment. This is an opportunity for someone who excels at managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling travel logistics, and supporting team projects. Responsibilities :
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, ensuring alignment across teams and time zones.
- Assist with expense tracking and report submission.
- Take detailed notes, summarize key takeaways, and follow up on action items.
- Book flights, hotels, and ground transportation while optimizing schedules and budgets.
- Research and coordinate logistics for team events, offsites, and executive engagements.
- Identify and liaise with vendors for services such as event venues, catering, and office needs.
- Keep track of deadlines and deliverables, managing project management software (ClickUp) and help prioritizing deliverables.
- Create standard operating procedures (SOPs) for repeatable tasks and help to identify inefficiencies and suggest tools and solutions.
