As a Sales Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our expanding product portfolio across markets. You will develop deep relationships with customers, help solve their most challenging problems, and drive sales strategies informed by market trends and sales data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid Management: Build, qualify and manage the commercial pipeline of prospects and leads, utilizing various channels including cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Sales Strategy: Deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective customers, highlighting the unique value propositions of our products or services, and negotiate terms to close sales deals effectively.
- Account Planning: Develop and implement effective account plans to guide resource allocation and activities, analyzing sales data to optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
- Leadership through Ascent's Commercial Pipeline.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
- 7 years of experience in Sales, Marketing or related field.
- Demonstrated history of success in specialty chemical sales.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions and drive sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales tools.
- Advanced degree in Business Management, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering or related field.
- Sales experience and application expertise in specific markets such as CASE, Personal Care, Textiles, or other.
