Sales Representative - Specialized Trucking Services
The Ideal Candidate:
You’re a competitive, self-motivated go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments. With a knack for building relationships and closing deals, you’ll generate leads, qualify prospects, and sell services that make a difference.
What You’ll Do:
* Source new sales opportunities through outbound calls.
* Fire up warm leads provided by marketing and management.
* Research potential clients and gather key lead information.
* Prepare quotes, proposals, and RFQs.
* Understand client businesses, identify challenges, and provide solutions.
* Maintain CRM data on leads, prospects, and opportunities.

Qualifications:
* Knowledge of U.S. geography and basic map-reading skills (required).
* Understanding of the trucking industry.
* At least 2 years of selling services is ideal.
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
* Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
Compensation & Benefits:
* Starting (scale-down) base salary of $40,000, plus NO CAP on your 10% commission.
* Comprehensive benefits include: medical, dental, HSA, 401k, PTO, and more.
* Annual company trip for each employee and a guest if the yearly goal is met
