Your Role:
As a Sales Representative focused on specialized trucking services, you’ll be building real relationships, generating leads, and offering solutions that matter. You’ll work closely with leadership to drive new business and grow accounts across North America.
What You’ll Do:
- Make outbound calls and drive lead generation
- Activate and follow up on warm leads from marketing and leadership
- Research prospects, identify key contacts, and qualify opportunities
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and RFQs
- Learn your clients’ businesses—solve problems, not just sell
- Keep CRM systems organized and up-to-date
- Relationship builder with a strong sense of self-awareness
- Resilient—you can take a “no” and keep moving
- Sharp thinker with common sense, curiosity, and hustle
- Team motivator with a sense of humor (we like to keep it positive)
- Confident in your ability to learn, adapt, and close deals

Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary starting at $40,000 (during training period), plus 10% uncapped commission
- Health, dental, HSA, PTO, 401(k)
- Annual company trip for you a guest if yearly goals are met
- Familiarity with U.S. geography and maps (required)
- Basic knowledge of the trucking industry
- 2 years selling a service (logistics, SaaS, B2B, etc.)
- Clear, confident communication skills (verbal written)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
