1st Shift Production Operator

Job Description

A Production Operator plays a vital role in the manufacturing process, responsible for various aspects including material handling, equipment operation, process monitoring, quality control, and assembling medical and combination devices.

The majority of a Production Operator's time is spent working inside a cleanroom, operating automation, and physically assembling and inspecting parts. Responsibilities can change regularly based on production needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assemble products with accuracy following NACS processes and procedures.
• Document completed procedures accurately and communicate nonconformances.
• Follow clean room and production processes with precision.
• Operate automation equipment, assemble, and package products.
• Provide information to the quality department and assist in resolving issues.

Additional Expectations:

• Perform duties following NACS, Inc. quality and safety standards.
• Participate in team building, training, and department communications.
• Maintain personal and professional integrity.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills necessary.
• Reliable transportation and ability to sit/stand for extended periods required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in medical assembly and clean room environments.
• Working knowledge of GMP and GDP.
