In the Clinic Manager role, based primarily at our office in Leawood, KS, you'll provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to the clinical staff and work collaboratively with physicians and leaders to ensure a positive patient experience. You will be responsible for setting the tone for the team and ensuring positive and respectful communication between team members, patients, and coworkers while providing training, mentorship, and guidance to team members, and serving as the team’s subject matter expert will be other key responsibilities.
Qualified candidates will have a High Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years of administrative, or substantially similar work experience preferably in a medical practice organization.
