We are currently looking for a MedSpa Operations Manager to join our team. The MedSpa Manager will be responsible to overseeing multi-location MedSpas. Previous experience managing MedSpas is required.
Job Title: Med Spa Operations Manager
General Summary of Duties: To manage day-to-day operations and employees in a medspa setting.
Supervisor: President/CEO, COO, Director of Clinical Operations

Major Responsibilities/Tasks:
1. Ongoing development and implementation of a strategic marketing plan by working with the marketing team.
2. Monitor subordinates to sell and ensure store achieves sales goals each month.
3. Ensures that the scope of services and quality of services meet the needs of customers and organization’s goals.
4. Responsible for maintaining laser schedules and adjusting staffing scheduling as needed.
5. Ensure all leads that have come in via email or otherwise are followed up on.
6. Maintains professional appearance and presentation to include self, staff and work area.
7. Assists in employee training, scheduling, corrective actions, staff development, competency assessment and performance appraisals.
8. Monitors employee mandatory in-service, licensure and certification and enforces applicable policies related to completion and delinquency.
9. Responsible for basic management of medspa staff such as monitoring of overtime, accuracy of timesheets, resolution of issues, oversight of staff performing duties.
10. Responsible for overseeing accuracy of information entered into the system.
11. Interacts with client, staff and other departments to resolve complaints and problems.
12. Work independently and timely to complete daily job duties in allotted time.
13. Maintain schedules for all locations and make changes as needed.
14. Responsible for Inventory flow and distribution to all locations. Order, monitor and control all spas inventory levels and product quantities.
15. Monitor for theft and enforce strict cash control policies
16. Responsible for transport of the Laser.
17. Create and implement policy and procedures
18. Hair Transplant Sales.
19. Other duties as assigned which may include assisting with increasing sales and volume in other areas of Kansas Medical Clinic.
EDUCATION:
Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related area or equivalent experience as a MedSpa Manager.
EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum one year of management in the retail space.
One year customer service experience in an office setting
High level of computer skill or the ability to learn computer skills quickly.
PRN employees are expected to work a minimum of one (1) day per month or equivalent MedSpa Manager experience.

3. Knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation to communicate effectively.
4. Knowledge of computer programs and applications.
5. Knowledge of membership sales experience.

1. Skill in using office equipment and handling paperwork/filing adequately.
2. Skill in handling incoming phone calls and triaging appropriately.
3. Skill in written and verbal communication
4. Skill in evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures.
Abilities:
1. Ability to work effectively as a team member with physicians and other staff.
2. Ability to flexibly respond to changing demands.
3. Ability to read, interpret and apply policies and procedures.

Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment including computers, fax machines, copiers, printers, telephones, esthetic lasers of all types, etc.
Work Environment: Position is in a well-lighted office environment. Activities including sitting, standing, walking, reaching, bending and lifting.
Mental/Physical Requirements:
1. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear and
Sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
2. Required to stand, walk, sit, bend, stoop and use hands and fingers to grasp and feel.
3. Required to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally, 10 lbs. frequently.
4. Vision requirements include peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to focus with
frequent computer usage.
