As a Fleet and Commercial Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering long-term relationships with fleet and commercial clients. Your primary responsibilities will include managing the sales process, identifying business opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a strong understanding of commercial vehicles, and excellent interpersonal skills.
The perfect candidate should be capable of creating their own leads in addition to those supplied by the company. Unlimited territory, excellent commission compensation, and no limit to upside compensation in a field that allows the sales professional to contact both large and small businesses. Emphasis is on outside sales experience in business-to-business sales.
Earning potential $100,000 and up.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for fleet and commercial accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry developments, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales cycle and post-sale process.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the fleet or commercial vehicle industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial vehicles, fleet management, and related products/services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ford experience a plus!
