Job Description
- Work with customer stakeholders on solution design based on Siemens OpCenter MOM platform.
- Techno-Functional Analysis and impact assessment of change and new requirements, provide efficient and optimum solution to complex business problems.
- Ability to provide product and technical guidance on Opcenter applications to team members.
- Development in Opcenter Discrete modules.
- Translate the solution requirement and work with development team to build.
- Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Request, Change Management.
- Managing periodic governance and reporting.
- Team Management, Customer management, knowledge management.
- Coordination with manufacturing site, contextualize shop floor operations, understand & support customer.
- Manufacturing & business processes.
- SLA and KPI management, ensuring uptime and application availability.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities.
- Coordination & contribute with MES COE, Interfacing application teams, and Digital Manufacturing initiatives.
- Closely coordinate and work with product team to ensure seamless operations, upgrades, implementations etc .
