What are the responsibilities and job description for the Siemens Opcenter Consultant position at LTIMindtree?
Key Requirements:
- Functional Dependencies: Strong functionality dependencies exist between Logistics & Production Control and between Quality & Manufacturing. Resources should work closely to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Siemens Manufacturing Operations Management (MOM), specifically OpCenter Intelligence.
- Cross-Functional Skills: Ability to work through other resources for prioritization.
- Project Management Skills: Resources must engage with the business, gather requirements, and lead the development team.
Skillset:
- Ability to engage and collaborate directly with functional business stakeholders
- Implementation and configuration of Siemens MOM
- Ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting Training Knowledge transfer to our internal teams.
- Requires background in Siemens MOM background in OpCenter, Mendix, APS, Connect MOM, and OpCenter Intelligence
- Working with customers or departments on technical issues including system design and maintenance
- Analyzing information to recommend and plan the installation of new systems
- Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces
- Domain knowledge in manufacturing and/or supply chain
- Team Leadership & Performance Management – Manage the third-party system integration team, ensuring they execute the backlog effectively, fix bugs, cordinate system testing, create technical documentation, and solve problems promptly. Drive team performance to ensure peak efficiency and adherence to timelines.
- Agile Methodology & Metrics Management – Ensure strong Agile practices are followed, manage the team's velocity, and track key metrics, including sprint progress, backlog health, interrupt buffer, emergent work buffer, and delivery efficiency. Ensure work is flowing smoothly through the system and that the team is continuously improving.
- Collaboration with Functional Leaders – Work closely with functional area leads to intake and prioritize their backlogs, ensuring the development team is well-positioned to meet their needs. Provide guidance on optimizing backlog priorities to meet organizational goals and KPIs.
- Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution – Own the resolution of critical issues and blockers within the team, ensuring the team is focused on delivering high-priority work. Work proactively to address any bottlenecks and escalate issues as necessary.
- Backlog & Task Management – Oversee the management of the integration team's backlog, ensuring that work items are well-defined and properly prioritized. Facilitate backlog grooming and sprint planning sessions with key stakeholders to ensure the team is aligned with business priorities.

Salary : $120,000 - $170,000
