Detailed Job Description:
- Design end-to-end Nexthink solutions aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Develop scalable and efficient architectures for monitoring, analytics, and remediation.
- Lead the configuration of Nexthink across enterprise environments.
- Customize Nexthink dashboards, scorecards, and reports to provide actionable insights.
- Analyze and optimize digital employee experience using Nexthink’s analytics and insights.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance system performance.
- Utilize Nexthink to diagnose, resolve, and prevent issues affecting end-user experience.
- Establish best practices for proactive incident management and root cause analysis.
- Ensure Nexthink implementations comply with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
- Develop and enforce security protocols to safeguard data integrity.
- 10 - 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems management, or end-user experience roles.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Nexthink solutions.
- Deep understanding of Nexthink’s architecture, modules, and functionalities. Expertise in scripting languages (PowerShell, Python) for automation and customization.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes, digital workplace solutions, and end-user computing (EUC).
- Familiarity with integrations of Nexthink with tools like ServiceNow, SCCM, or other ITSM platforms.
- Experience in working with customers on building use cases on Nexthink to improve automation and self-service.
- Work with Nexthink developers to explain what needs to be developed.
- Nexthink certifications (e.g., Nexthink Advanced, Nexthink Architect) are highly desirable.
